Tom Nguyen is the founding partner of WinCorp Solutions, a family-owned consulting and staffing firm he established in 2010 in Irvine, CA. With a vision to redefine the staffing industry, Tom pioneered a more strategic, client-focused approach—blending high-touch talent acquisition with management consulting principles. This “staffing plus, management consulting light” model distinguishes WinCorp Solutions by offering tailored, analytical solutions rather than a commoditized service.
As the leader overseeing all FORTUNE 500 client relations and quality assurance, Tom has played a pivotal role in driving workforce transformation. Under his leadership, WinCorp Solutions has successfully delivered over 1,000 client projects and earned numerous entrepreneurial excellence awards from industry organizations, including the Orange County Business Journal, Los Angeles Business Journal, and various Congressional, Senate, and State honors.
Tom holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and has completed entrepreneurship programs at UCLA and Dartmouth. Before founding WinCorp Solutions, he held senior leadership roles overseeing Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, and Legal at major corporations, including Warner Bros., The Walt Disney Company, California Pizza Kitchen, and Mimi’s Café.
Beyond business, Tom is deeply committed to community service. He has served three times as President and is currently a Board Director of the Asian Business Association of Orange County (ABAOC), Board Advisor for the University of California Riverside Extension, and a dedicated leader in the Boy Scouts of America, where he has been a Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, and Key 3 in Irvine, CA, since 2012. Tom is blessed with a loving wife and three amazing sons.
