
Suzanna Tashiro Choi owns Tashiro Choi & Associates, an award-winning community outreach and public affairs firm that strategically positions clients with multicultural markets to increase customers. She is a nationally recognized cultural expert specializing in community engagement.
Clients include the State of California, the Federal Government, City of Hope Orange County, Irvine Ranch Water District, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Orange County Transportation Authority, Orange County Water District and the City of Irvine. Suzanna has also worked for the White House and the Governor of California.
She is the President of the Asian Business Association of Orange County and serves on the Boards & Advisory Boards of the Filipino American Chamber, Orange County Black Chamber, Small Business Diversity Network, Advance OC and has also served on the Board of Los Angeles’s Fred Jordan Mission for the Homeless and the Orange County LA Rotary.
The United States Department of Commerce awarded her “Multicultural Advocate of the Year.” The National Association of Women Business Owners named her “Remarkable Woman of the Year.” She received the “Entrepreneur of the Year” from the Asian Women Entrepreneurs Association and was nominated as a “Woman of Influence” by the Irvine Chamber of Commerce. The South Asian Business National Association awarded Suzanna the “Chairman’s Award for Community Outreach,” and the Filipino American Chamber named her “Advocate of the Year.
Her mission is to empower and champion communities of color by giving them a voice because, as she says, “if you’re not at the table, you’re on the table.”
